Octopus and shrimp in wine

This is such a great recipe. You can use just shrimp or any combination of shellfish with this sauce. I like baby octopus and my wife loves the shrimp so this is what I make.

Ingredients:
¾ lb baby octopus
1 lb shrimp in shells uncooked
3-tablespoons olive oil
2 fresh hot red Thai chilies (one minced, one whole)
3-inch piece celery small diced
1 tablespoon small diced green bell pepper
1 small clove of garlic smashed once with side of knife blade
1 tablespoon small diced red onion
½ cup sauvignon blanc (room temp to warm)
Some chopped Cilantro
Salt to season

Heat oil lightly about 200 degrees in a sauté pan. Add red peppers, celery, bell pepper, cook about 1 minute then crank up heat all the way add onion, garlic and wine in that order. Add Octopus cook for about 4-5 min then add shrimp cook another 5 min season and fold in Cilantro. Add salt to taste.
